The MAT May 2025 registration process is open for PBT and CBT; the last date to apply is May 25 and Jun 2, 2025, respectively. Furthermore, the MAT 2025 exams will be scheduled on May 31 (PBT) and Jun 8, 2025 (CBT), respectively.

· The GATE 2025 results have been released for admission to the ME/MTech/PhD courses. Also, the minimum qualifying GATE 2025 cutoff is out branch-wise. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results by using their login details from the official website.

· The KMAT Karnataka 2025 online registration for admission to MBA/PGDM and MCA courses is expected to begin in the last week of Jun 2025.

· The COMEDK UGET 2025 exam for admission to the BE/BTech courses will be held on May 10, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

To pursue an undergraduate engineering degree at MSRIT, a candidate must have passed the 10 + 2 pattern of examination (equivalent to the two-year Pre-University in Karnataka), with Physics and Mathematics as required subjects and Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, and Electronics as optional subjects.

The minimum qualifying exam score for SC/ST, Category-1, and OBC candidates is 40%, whereas the minimum qualifying exam score for General Category applicants is 45%. Suppose the candidate’s marks in Chemistry fall short of the required aggregate percentage to determine eligibility. In that case, the candidate’s marks in Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, or Electronics shall be taken into consideration in their place.
